Ski Line are delighted to have been nominated for the third time in the ‘Best Ski Agent’ category in the World Ski Awards. After reaching the final three in this category in 2017 and 2018, we are hoping that we go that bit further this year with a win in 2019.

2018/19 was a record winter for us, despite the challenges facing the UK travel sector with Brexit. We continued to develop the depth of products we offered, adding new destinations and ski resorts in the Nordic ski areas, Italy, France and Austria. In addition, we added more affordable options for the 18 to 30’s age group to encourage them to try skiing or snowboarding for the first time.

We are acutely aware that our clients have a choice of where and with whom they book their ski trips with and we are proud to provide an unequalled service that saw a repeat booking rate of 76% and 20% of our new clients being recommended to use our service by our existing clients.

Our team of holiday advisors are probably some of the most experienced in Europe. We currently employ 13 sales staff who combined have over 248 years of working in the ski business. Our team have skied extensively in Europe, North America, and Japan.

Our commitment to provide an unequalled service is perhaps best demonstrated by reading the reviews online that our clients have written about us. Of 1,560 reviews posted on Feefo.com by genuine clients, 90% rated our service as 5* and 9.5% rating us as 4*.
