Celebrated for hosting the 1972 Winter Olympic Games, Sapporo Teine held numerous alpine skiing events. Today, the ski area retains some nostalgic reminders from its illustrious past. With 15 unique trails split between two distinct, interconnected areas, Sapporo Teine offers a range of terrain for all ability levels. From wide, gentle beginner trails, perfect for novices, right up to some of Hokkaido’s steepest and deepest lift-accessed terrain.

Exploring the mountain is easy with a modern, efficient lift system with a brand new base building offering a range of facilities & amenities. In recent years, Sapporo Teine has become a renowned powder destination, due to its steep side-country, modern lifts and untracked powder.
