A-ROSA Kitzbühel undergoes extensive upgrade ahead of World Ski Awards 2019

The palatial A-ROSA Kitzbühel – host hotel of the 7^th annual World Ski Awards – has undergone an exciting major renovation programme ahead of the start of this year’s event.

The multi-million euro refurbishment at the landmark Alpine luxury resort includes a new world-class spa, new public areas, new rooms and enhanced suites, improved facilities and a spectacular new hotel entranceway.

Designers have delivered a modern yet timeless look that will give guests subtle flavours of Tyrolean chic within a fairy-tale mountain setting.

The upgrading of the A-ROSA Kitzbühel Spa has been the centrepiece of the extensive project. Guests can now enjoy an unprecedented 3,500 square metres of world-class facilities. The spa now offers a multi-sensory wellness experience, combining the very latest technological innovations within a relaxed, stylish contemporary setting.

Whether unwinding in the indoor or outdoor pool, the panoramic sauna or herbal steam room, relaxing in the pine lounge or enjoying a sensory massage, guests will be able to feel the overwhelming power of mother nature in this most legendary of Alpine locations.

In addition, the new fitness area equipped with leading-edge training machines and facilities, the award winning OM&CO yoga studio, and the in-house styling salon offering beauty treatments using the world’s very best cosmetics, will all complement the new A-ROSA Kitzbühel Spa.

Another highlight of the upgrade is the hotel’s main dining area, Restaurant Streif. Traditional, local motifs combined with the highest-quality materials give the fine-dining facility a rich and warming sense of the region’s natural beauty. The dining area has also been extended with a new wine tasting area. Numerous cooking stations offer the finest in freshly prepared international modern cuisine, as well as the latest Austrian flavours.
