About Kulm Hotel St Moritz

VISIT WEBSITE

The Kulm Hotel St. Moritz was the first hotel in place, founded by Johannes Badrutt in 1856, and is based right in the heart of St. Moritz. It was its founder, who invented winter tourism and made this Grand Hotel the cradle of it all. Its rich history is defined by the inventions of the Cresta and Bob sport on its premises, both in the 1880s, and by hosting the opening ceremonies of the Winter Olympic Games in 1928 and 1948. Until today the Kulm Hotel St. Moritz is world known for its high-quality service and continuous innovations. The fully redesigned Kulm Spa is offering 2'000 sqm of relaxation combined with marvellous views over Lake St. Moritz and the Alpine panorama. Furthermore the Grand Hotel is the first hotel accommodating its own film studio, Enjoy St. Moritz TV, and was the initiator of the famous Submarine Bar on frozen Lake St Moritz in winter 2014/15.
